Based in Chino, California, Flores Kline Group LLC is a multi-certified, veteran and woman-owned small business built on decades of real-world operational experience. We bring law enforcement discipline, military intelligence rigor, and legal expertise directly to the agencies we serve.

We understand government — not as outsiders, but as professionals who served in its ranks. That perspective drives everything we do: the way we approach security, the way we support legal programs, and the way we train the people who carry out the mission.

Our leadership team brings together complementary disciplines — counterintelligence, law enforcement, legal practice, and courthouse administration — creating a uniquely well-rounded firm capable of serving federal, state, and local government clients across multiple mission areas.

Co-Owner & Principal Security Consultant
A U.S. Army Counterintelligence Agent and law enforcement veteran with 20 years of police experience and 7 years of active counterintelligence service. Paul completed three overseas deployments — a combat deployment to Iraq (OIF) and peacekeeping deployments to Kosovo and Bosnia — providing extensive experience in threat assessment, physical security, stability operations, and multinational force coordination.

A California-licensed attorney and U.S. Army Counterintelligence veteran with 5 years of counterintelligence service including one deployment to Bosnia. Maritza brings 11 years running her own legal practice and 15 years of courthouse experience, delivering deep expertise in legal administration, case management, court procedure, victim advocacy, and the operational discipline of military service.
